Services

No Obligation Consultation Meeting with parent/s to discuss your specific needs and the service available. This consultation will take place in the client’s home or school (with Head teacher’s permission) and last up to 30 minutes. There will be no charge for this service if you choose not to go further.

Initial Assessment (including verbal and written report) The initial assessment session will take place in the client’s home or school (with Head teacher’s permission and if suitable accommodation is available) and might include any of the following: consultation with parents, formal assessment, informal assessment, observation.

Individual Therapy Sessions Sessions will take place in the client’s home or school (with Head teacher’s permission and if suitable accommodation is available).

Attendance at Multi-Professional Meetings eg IEP meetings, Annual Reviews. This will be with the agreement of parents and professionals.

Other Services
Group sessions are available where the child’s / young person’s needs can be suitably matched.
Training sessions, workshops and talks are available for groups of parents and professionals, and will be tailored to your specific needs.

Fees are available on request.
All fees include travel and expenses within W4, W6 and W12.
All fees include preparation of materials, session planning and brief liaisons with parents / professionals.
Fees are within the guidelines agreed by the Association of Speech and Language Therapists in Independent Practice (ASLTIP) with the Royal College of Speech and Language Therapists (RCSLT).

CANCELLATION POLICY Sessions cancelled by the client with less than 24 hours notice may be charged at the standard rate for that session.

PAYMENT Invoices for initial assessment are sent with report. Invoices for regular sessions will be sent out at the end of the month.

PRIVATE INSURANCE Clients using private health insurance are responsible for settling their account within 10 days of receipt.
